The problem

There are children who are born with disabilities and those disabilities do not vanish when the clock strikes midnight on their 18th birthday. We have grandparents and aging members in our families that need our support and assistance when their memory starts to fade as the years go by. These members of our community are targets for financial exploitation, abuse, and neglect.
